Canopy Studio is pleased to announce that AthFest Educates awarded the studio the Athens Road Runners Grant to fund the Adapted PE Field Trips for all self-contained classes in the Clarke County School District for the 2024-2025 school year.
Over the course of the next 6 months, Canopy will welcome CCSD’s 11 schools with self-contained classrooms to the studio, which represent more than 200 children Kindergarten though 12th grade. The Adapted PE field trips will introduce participants to the aerial arts through a series of fun and interactive circus stations, including trapeze, slings, a balance obstacle course, and more.
