Heels Choreography on Pole
Sunday, July 23 @ 6:00pm

Grab your heels and come learn pole choreography that focuses on floorwork and fluid transitions. Heels need to strap or tie on (no mules). One session of pole suggested. Knee pads highly recommended. Canopy does not have community knee pads.

Mobility: Wrists
Tuesday, August 1 @ 6:00pm

A ground based workshop led by Dr. Maria Carelli that takes students through exercises to increase and maintain joint mobility. This workshop will focus on wrists.

Ok for new and current students. No aerial experience needed.

BungeeFit is a fun and low-impact way to to exercise! Students will learn bungee basic steps and an easy to remember routine. Arrive 15 minutes early to get matched with equipment.
