- Intro: this class teaches basic pole sport skills and spins, focusing on technique, skill progression, and sequencing.
- Beginner 1-4: starts with fundamental tricks and slowly works up to inversions and more difficult material on the pole.
- Intermediate 1-2: students will begin to build on known vocabulary and work more difficult holds and inversions. At this level, students are also given opportunities to create individual performance choreography.
- Advanced: students will continue their progressions working holds that require only 2-points of contact, exploring creative movement and transitions, and improv.
- Heels 1-3: take your pole dancing journey to heels; if you never have done heels work, start at level 1; as your progress in confidence on heels and knowledge in pole skills, you will progress through the other levels.
Flying Pole
Intro: start with intro if you have no aerial experience or have limited pole experience
Mixed Level: this class continues through the skills progression, scaling exercises based on the skill level of the mixed class. It is recommended to have aerial or pole experience and able to climb vertical equipment (pole, rope, or fabrics)
Intermediate/Advanced: students that join this class must be able to invert. It is recommended to already have a regular pole or vertical aerial practice.
