Stretch & Conditioning Classes

  • Aerial Yoga: this class goes through yoga poses and flow, all supported by a sling, ending with shavasana. No aerial experience needed.
  • Strength & Flexibility: a ground-based class that works on splits and range of motion in ways that are helpful for aerials. No aerial experience needed.
  • Aerial Conditioning: is a circuit-based class that uses free weights, aerial equipment, and other things to increase abdominal and arm strength. No aerial experience needed.
  • Pole Conditioning: a circuit-based class that uses the pole, free weights, aerial equipment, and other things to increase abdominal and arm strength. No aerial experience needed.
  • Fabrics Conditioning: utilizes the fabrics either tied in a slipknot or two tails to work on functional conditioning and drills important for fabrics skills. Must be able to hip key, tie a foot lock, and climb.
