Morning camp runs from 9am-12pm. There is an after camp option that runs from 12pm-3pm. Children must be registered for morning camp to attend after camp. We will also allow for early drop-off beginning at 8am. You must email teacher@canopystudio.org to pre-register your child for early drop-off.
We only recommend after camp for older campers who have previous experience with being away from home for a full day and can tolerate multiple transitions, outdoor heat/weather, and continued aerial time after a full morning of physical activity.

All of our camps are run by Canopy staff and include trapeze and other aerial instruction, arts and crafts, and free exploration time. Most camps are 5 days long and run from 9 am to noon. Summer camp also has an optional afternoon session that runs 12pm-3pm.
For all camps, students should arrive at 9am. They will have a 30 minute warm up and then be split into groups according to age and experience. The groups will participate in trapeze skill time and art, then switch. There will be a 15 minute snack to recharge and rest their bodies. The last 50 minutes of camp will be a group activity; this could be a game on the trapeze or the floor, free time on bars or slings, big swings or transfers.
Families are invited for the end-of-the-week performance (summer camp only). This gives the campers a chance to show off what they have been working on during their week at Canopy.
All students must register and pay for camps in advance. Canopy will issue account credits/refunds if we have to cancel. Refunds will incur an additional $20 admin fee. No payment disputes will be considered after 90 days from the transaction date. Account credits will expire after 12 months.
Note: One week’s notice is required for letters for tax credits for child care expenses.
